The Need

Our foster families are incredible people who sacrifice so much to love on local children. These precious children need to see the love of Christ in the midst of the most difficult time in their lives and our 4Points families have stepped into this calling.

One of the biggest needs our families have is for a trusted babysitter to provide care for their foster children periodically. Our goal is to provide these families with a list of certified sitters that they can reach out to when they have a need, the 4Points Babysitter’s Club!

If you would like to be trained to babysit foster children, we would love to hear from you! Our team will provide you with the necessary training and work with you to get background checks on file. The only other item we will require is a valid first aid/CPR certification and you will be ready to join the 4Points Babysitter’s Club.

Partner With 4 Points Kids

It takes about $5,000 of up-front dollars to get a foster parent trained and started in their foster-parent journey. Eventually (30-120 days after a child is placed in the "verified" home) the state of Texas begins to provide a stipend which is meant to cover minimal expenses for the foster family and foster agency.

Here at 4Points we are responsible for covering these expenses up front. Your donations create more loving foster families and create safe spaces for our most vulnerable children.

Happy Children

Fostering has really changed my point of view in life, it is made me grow stronger and it has giving me the ability to love more. I’ve always loved my friends and family so so much, but fostering has really shown me to love everyone in this world even the people who don’t treat you right. I have loved every minute of the time I spent with the kids that I have been surrounded by, and I love each one of them so much. I am so thankful for the opportunity my parents have given us and God has set on our path. I am so thankful for [names of 8 different kids]. I cannot wait to see what God does in their life and how we affected them. I’m so thankful God has given us the ability to give.

2022 has really showed me how to be responsible and maintain trust. So many parents have trusted me with their kids and given me the opportunity to show their kids how to have fun and I have been able to just love them unconditionally.

Love,
