The Who
According to the 2020 census, there are 11 million single-parent homes and 80% of them are single moms. 31% are living in poverty. The statistics on children that grow up in single-parent homes are staggering. Restoration Blessings' goal is to empower the single women in our area by ensuring they have safe, reliable transportation.
Our Work In Action
I found out about Restoration Blessings about (3) years ago when I was unemployed and looking for a job. I was having some transportation issues and my caseworker at Goodwill told me about Restoration Blessings and how they minister and help single mothers. I've made new friends and been Blessed beyond measure ever since. They have truly been a Godsend for my family and I.
As our communities grow, so does the need. From automotive volunteers to financial support to purchase the parts needed to event sponsors - without people giving of their resources we would not be able to serve the single mothers in this area as they work hard to provide for themselves and their children.
The Need
Restoration Blessings empowers single women and their children through our supportive community in Hutto, Pflugerville and Round Rock, Texas communities by ensuring they have reliable transportation.
